PDX 311 (or dial 3-1-1) is your first call for any local government service need in Multnomah County — food, housing, energy assistance, emergencies, health support, and more. Open 7 days a week, 7 a.m.–8 p.m., excluding federal holidays.

The PDX Reporter app lets you report problems and maintenance issues — including tents — directly to city bureaus from your phone.
