Our neighborhood association elections are around the corner — and ALNA is looking for someone to fill the secretary position.
The secretary performs the following tasks:

Records and maintains the minutes of all board and membership meetings.

Maintains a record of attendance for all board and membership meetings.

Posts meeting minutes to the ALNA website and submits them to North Portland Neighborhood Services.
