Board Roles

The Arbor Lodge Neighborhood Association (ALNA) Board is elected each October and serves one-year terms.

• Chair — Runs Board and membership meetings, sets agendas, and signs off on ALNA’s official business.
• Vice-Chair — Steps in for the Chair as needed and supports operations.
• Secretary — Keeps meeting minutes and posts them for public access.
• Treasurer — Manages ALNA’s finances, deposits, and required filings.
• At-Large Board Members — Lead events and committees, and often take on a focus area such as land use, transportation, parks, or shelter liaison work.
