Approval of August Minutes
Any further Budget discussion - Budget will be presented to general membership at October meeting
Change in By Laws approved - especially in areas for Elections, discussion of how to vote, how to check (if) eligible to vote
Litter Clean up set for Sept 26th, starting in Arbor Lodge Park - outside group sponsoring
Discuss motion that developer fees, especially for tree removal be spent in Arbor Lodge.

Committee reports, Clean Air, Parks, Trees, Transportation
