We are postponing our General Spring meeting until April.  We don't have the large room of the Kenton Fire House to have sufficient room for all.   The Board will be meeting upstairs in the Kenton Firehouse and you are welcome, but space is limited.Agenda:* recruitment for North Portland Trust Fund Grant Selection Committee* discussion of requirements for insurance thru NPNS, who does what?* discuss quarterly newsletter, formalize plan to produce/discuss distribution - via email?* Land Use?  Impacts of House and Senate Bills - infill in Arbor Lodge* Willamette Greenway work?* updates from Clean Air, Trees, Parks* review of past minutes - Board please review online* update on budget?* issue with other NA's, the needle providing group in U Park, needles/sharps in parks - a community meeting is set for April 22nd in U Park, maybe at the Chiles Center*  Charlotte Rutherford Place Community Event
