Meet your neighbors at happy hour!
Yes, it's that time again! The first Friday of the month is December 1, and that means Arbor Lodge Neighborhood Happy Hour. Treat yourself to a slice (and maybe a pint) and meet some friendly neighbors.
We will be at Lucky Lab on Killingsworth at 5:30. Look for our little table topper with the Arbor Lodge logo.
Kids are welcome, and you are too!

1805 N Rosa Parks Development - meet the architect 12/7 @ 6:30p
As the official land use connector for the City of Portland, Arbor Lodge will be hosting a meeting with the architect and development team for a proposed apartment complex at 1805 N Rosa Parks.Meeting DetailsWhen: Thursday December 7, 2017 at 6:30 PMWhere: Kenton Firehouse 8105 N Brandon Ave. Portland OR 97217
You can view the architectural drawings here. In brief, the complex as proposed will be:
3 Stories, 18 units.
Expected height is ~31' tall, which is appx the same height as the peak of the existing structure.
Predominately 1 bedroom apts, with a mix of 2 bedroom + studio apartments as well
Total Square footage of 10-11,000 sq ft
Two entrances, both facing Fenwick
No onsite parking
Market Rate rents, not affordable housing as defined by the city
10' setback to the north, 5-7' graduated set back to the west. Standard 2 to 3' set back south + east
One Douglas Fir will be retained on the NW corner of the site
