New/Updated By-Laws proposed for ALNA

Proposed changes to the By-Laws for the Arbor Lodge Neighborhood Association are on the October 18th meeting agenda. These changes would update the By-Laws and bring them into compliance with neighborhood association guidelines and standard practices.
